If he is forced out of Manchester United, he won't suffer too much. "Inter Milan are interested in signing Anthony Martial (28, Manchester United) on a free transfer this summer," Italian outlet Calciomercato reported on Tuesday. Marcial joined United in 2015 from AS Monaco. United paid a record £57.6 million ($94.4 million) for the then-19-year-old because of his potential. The signing was a disappointment. Marcial was constantly plagued by nagging injuries. A disappointing stat line of nine goals and three assists in 29 games. This season was no different. In fact, his place in the team was even narrowed by Rasmus Höjlund (21). He only started five games in the league, and injuries  안전놀이터 effectively ended his season prematurely. A farewell to Manchester United this summer is more of a foregone conclusion.

Ruben Amorim (39) is the favorite to succeed Jürgen Klopp (55). "Liverpool are in talks with Amorim to succeed Klopp," the BBC reported on Tuesday (June 10), adding that "Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso was the favorite to take over, but he has decided to stay at his current club."  Florian Plettenbereck, a soccer expert who is well versed in Bundesliga news, also posted on social media on Sept. 9 that "Amorim has reached an agreement in principle with Liverpool," adding that "Liverpool have been pushing for a deal for the last few weeks." According to Plettenberg, Amorim is happy to join Liverpool. Why is a manager not yet 40 years old being considered for a big club? "Amorim led Sporting to their first league title in 19 years in 2021 when he was just 36 years old," says the BBC. He is coveted by many of Europe's biggest clubs." Born in 1985, Amorim began his professional coaching career in his mid-30s when he took over at Spo

Elling Holland faces criticism. Manchester City and Real Madrid drew 3-3 in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League (UCL) quarterfinal first leg of the 2023-24 season at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid, Spain, at 4 a.m. ET on Tuesday. The two teams will return to face each other in the second leg of the quarterfinals on June 18 at 4:00 am. City took a comfortable lead. In the second minute of the first half, a foul on Aurélien Chouameni in the penalty box awarded a free kick. Despite the distance, Bernardo Silva read the goalkeeper's position well and took a direct shot that deflected off the keeper's hand and into the net. However, it didn't take long for City to fall behind. They conceded two goals in two minutes to Real. In the 12th minute, Eduardo Camabinga's mid-range shot from the edge of the box deflected off Juventus and into the net. Two minutes later, on the counter-attack, Vinicius Junior played a space pass to Hodrigo, who raced onto the ball and fini

Center back Dayot Upamecano (Bayern Munich), who has been pushed out of position alongside 'monster' Kim Min-jae, has made it clear that he has no intention of leaving in the summer. "Do I have any plans to leave Munich in the summer? Absolutely not," Upamecano told German soccer publication Kicker on Wednesday, dismissing transfer speculation. Classified as the first-choice center back before the 2023-2024 season, France international Upamecano has formed a first-choice center back duo with new signing Kim Min-Jae since the start of the season. Dutch international Matthijs de Ligt was relegated to the third option behind Upamecano and Kim Min-jae. There were rumors that De Ligt was unhappy with his position. However, two sending-offs and a string of injuries to the lineup slowly eroded Upamecano's position. The arrival of Tottenham signing Eric Dier in January also hit Upamecano's position hard. Munich coach Thomas Tuchel has begun to play the duo up front
